WHEN WILL I GET MY TICKET You may receive your tickets up to seven days prior to the event. Should you not receive them by then, please call Ticketmaster on 08444 999 999. Ticketfast tickets are emailed to customers soon after purchase is completed. BOOKING TICKETS - DISABLED ACCESS Live Nation now have a Disabled Customers hotline number that patrons can call when booking tickets to reserve a place on the platform. It is  020 7195 2133
