The N.A.S.A. (North America/South American) project is made up of composer and producer Sam Spiegel, and DJ (and professional skateboarder) Ze Gonzales. Both are incredibly revered and respected artists in their own rights, and together as N.A.S.A. they create Brazilian funk and soul music inspired by the sounds of Sao Paulo, and influenced by the many great stars from the world of Hip Hop, Pop and Dance that the two of them have worked with over the years.
With their debut album Spirit of Apollo released to the world earlier this year to critical acclaim, N.A.S.A. will be bringing their unique amalgamation of spacey synths and hip-hop beats to Wireless for the first time in 2009. Having collaborated with Wireless 2009 headliner Kanye West, the band will no doubt be putting on a stonking show that is not to be missed.
